Marianne E. Westerbeck Rauba, 58, of Moline, passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at home.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Edgewood Baptist Church, 2704 38th St., Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Burial will be at Moline Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edgewood Baptist Church.

Marianne was born on June 28, 1959, in Davenport, the daughter of John and Marian Lensch Westerbeck. She was a graduate of Rock Island High School and the X-Ray Technology Program at Scott Community College. She married Gerald A. Rauba on Oct. 1, 1983, at First Christian Church in Moline.

Marianne was employed as an x-ray technologist at Illini Hospital. She was co-owner and served as the office manager at her husband’s chiropractic office.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald A. Rauba, Moline; sons, Jason D. Rauba and Blake M. Rauba; mother, Marian Laschanzky, Davenport; brother, Steve Westerbeck, Egan, Minn.; sister, Theresa (Steve) Lewis, Apple Valley, Minn.; niece, Tiffany (Ryan) Dinsmore, Frederick, Md.; nephews, Jeremy (Katy) Wilson, Farmington, Minn., and Nick (Barb) Lewis, Rosemount, Minn.; great-nieces, Brittney Lewis, Samantha Wilson and Britany Standing, Rosemount; and great-nephew, Seth Dinsmore.

She was preceded in death by her father; brothers, Jim Westerbeck and Dan Westerbeck; and grandparents.
